Our History
Royse, Zweigart, Kirk, Brammer & Caudill was founded by Eugene C. Royse in 1935, and was joined in 1961 by his stepson, Robert G. Zweigart. Robert’s cousin, Charles L. Kirk became the third member of the firm in 1967 followed by M. Susan Brammer in 1983. W. Kelly Caudill joined the firm in 1995. Mr. Royse passed away in 1990 and Mr. Kirk passed away in 1991. The firm has been located at 215 Stanley Reed Court since 1982.

M. Susan Brammer
Born Maysville, Kentucky, February 11, 1959; admitted to bar, 1984, Kentucky. Preparatory education, Xavier University (B.A., 1981); legal education, University of Kentucky College of Law (J.D., 1984). City Attorney, Maysville, Kentucky, 2001-. Member: Mason County and Kentucky Bar Associations.
W. Kelly Caudill
W. Kelly Caudill was born and raised in Maysville, Kentucky. Kelly was admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association in 1993 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, eastern District of Kentucky. Kelly received his JD from the University of Kentucky
